Hi — we're Andy and Shelby, the owners of 1st Class Vacation Rental Management. We're Tucson locals, and this isn't a side hustle for us. It's our full-time focus.
Vacation rental management is a family business here — a dedicated husband-and-wife team, no call centers and no rotating staff. Andy runs day-to-day operations: guest communication, rate and listing optimization, and the financial side of every rental, plus in-person visits to each property whenever they're needed to make sure it's holding up the way it should.
Shelby works behind the scenes crafting listings, managing the website, and running the marketing and SEO that get your property seen by the right guests — along with handling the technical side of the business.
We also own vacation rentals of our own, which means we see this business from both sides of the table. We know what it feels like to hand your home over to strangers, so we vet every guest carefully, talk through the details of their stay before they arrive, and make sure expectations and house rules are clear from the start.
